Bio - Vicky Hudson , President

 

Hudson Management Services has excelled in the teleprospecting arena since 1993. Our founder and president, Vicky Hudson,

 

has been engaged in appointment setting, providing research interviews, and conducting customer surveys for over twenty years,

 

working in a range of markets. She has continually implemented improved operating methods, adapted strategies to fit various

 

clients, and added services in support of her clients and her business. Hudson’s business sense, persistence and dedication are

 

traits embodied by the workforce of HMS.

Our Staff

 

HMS hires teleprospectors based on their abilities, experience, and willingness to maintain a results oriented approach; we are

 

well aware that we can teach our business, but we cannot teach the attitude necessary for success! Our emphasis is on cultivating

 

an energetic, knowledgeable staff who will represent our clients professionally while producing a profitable number of

 

appointments per hour.

 

The frontline staff, our prized teleprospectors, are supported by Nancy Fletcher as our Director of Quality Control, 

 

Kathy Ojile our Administrative Assistant, and our team leaders Kristi Yokley, Lisa Graham, and Dawn Rhodes.

 

Vicky Hudson leads the company, and maintains direct client contact to assure that the agreed upon appointment goals are being

 

met and that the results of her staff are on target.
