As Founder and CEO, Ms. Hudson represents the past, present, and future of our company by approaching every new challenge with the same sense of urgency that helped distinguish our company from the competition nearly 25 years ago. Nancy’s eleven year tenure with Hudson Management Service shines through in her seamless interactions with our clients. As our front line contact, Nancy ensures that the quality assurance plan HMS has in place meets or exceeds our clients’ requirements and specifications. As our in-house software guru, Nancy supports all Customer Relationship Management software, often teaching clients more effective usage of their software. Nancy is responsible for training HMS employees on client appropriate software, guaranteeing that our HMS techniques are implemented to achieve success, ensuring maintenance of our “Partner for Success” model.
With responsibilities for hiring and supervising employees, monitoring and enforcing HMS policy, executing the human resources role, and creating methods to ensure and increase productivity, Jason’s leadership abilities come into play, dove tailing nicely with the results based platform of Hudson Management Services. Jason’s hands on approach allows him to mentor and support the HMS team, keeping our Account Assistants on track. His fifteen years of experience with Hudson Management Services coupled with his commitment to our core values help ensure our “Partner for Success” pledge.
McKaela began her career with HMS as an Account Assistant, excelling in that role to earn a slot as a team leader for one of our premiere clients. In recognition of her outstanding communications skills and production abilities, McKaela was promoted to Sr. Training Associate in July of 2017 where she continues to use those talents as the initial trainer with newly hired Account Assistants. Her mastery of the HMS techniques and her ability to share her knowledge helps our AA’s grow into their roles, supporting our “Partner for Success” model and keeping Hudson Management Services at the forefront in media usage.
