The role of an Account Assistant is not telemarketing. You will work as an extension of the sales force for a particular client. Acting as their account assistant, you will generate qualified appointments for your team of sales associates by engaging in conversations with excellent prospects provided to you. The number of calls you make per hour, the duration of your calls and the usage of our taught techniques are key to your success. Your work is closely monitored by our CRM.

You will work as an extension of the customer service team for a particular client. You will conduct customer satisfaction surveys for the client by asking a set of questions to help determine their customers’ level of satisfaction with the services the client is providing. You will be required to make dial after dial. We offer extensive paid training on the client’s products and services as well as their software.
